Sabah Chronicles: Desa Cattle Dairy Farm, Kundasang

On Wednesday morning (4th day), we got ready to visit Desa Cattle Dairy Farm. On our way there, we stopped by the viewing point to look at Mount Kinabalu. You have to see it before 9 am else the clouds will cover the top of the mountain. We were there quite late. Only had few minutes before the clouds cover the top of the mountain.
Let me share you the view.

From the viewpoint, we head to the dairy farm. Lots of pictures and caption to follow.

The Entrance (RM 5/adult)

Unfortunately didn't manage to go into the milk processing plant

At the main entrance

Cheese and dairy products were sold at the counter

Gelato too

Desa Cafe where you can sit down and order some coffee and eat something

Gelato came in 2 flavours; chocolate & plain

Obviously enjoying my gelato
View from the cafe
We spent some time at the café eating snacks (hotdogs, fried fish balls, gelato and sandwiches). There is also a souvenir shop selling 'cow' merchandise. I bought several fridge magnets because they were so so cute.

After that we went to visit the cows and goats. This is the place you can pay RM 1 for grass to feed the calves. I can't remember how much it is to feed the calves milk.

My favourite photo of us and the moo-moos

There were also pretty flowers at their flower garden.

Up next...Kundasang War Memorial
