Ordeal of food poisoning

This must be the most horrible episode of food poisoning in my life. I do not know what I ate, or from where I've eaten the contaminated food. But thankfully, the only person who got it is me (not mom, dad or Daniel).
It was last Sunday when I woke up having diarrhea. And let me tell you...I had 8 more episodes of diarrhea that day and vomited 8 times. (p/s: If morning sickness is like this, I will think twice about getting pregnant!).
The following days were torturous. No appetite to eat, phobia of vomiting, feeling weak and I was on MC on Monday, Wed and Thursday. Given antibiotics to last me a lifetime (just kidding).
Hubby was the most wonderful during these times. He cooked porridge for me, accompanied me throughout the whole eating process which took like forever...washed up and etc. He was amazingly patient and didn't even complain or grumble. Love you hubs:)
And thankfully by yesterday, I have started to gain back my appetite, start to crave for those things which I used to love eating but unfortunately still have to 'kim'. And of all the things I suddenly crave for are APPLES!

With a week left before the getaway, I must pray hard that my appetite will return. Else, how on earth am I going to eat moussaka, Ariston's pies and pizza's?
But the phobia is obviously there. How do you ensure that what you eat outside is clean, not contaminated by flies or dirty fingers, etc? I was telling a friend of mine, seems like I need to add another extra sentence to my daily food prayer:

'Lord, I pray against food poisoning' or 'Lord, I pray that I won't get food poisoning after eating this meal'.

Still thinking, what's the best way to bring this matter to the Lord.

Regards,
Emily
