Mission Trip to Cebu: Day 7 Chillin' at SM Seaside Mall & Hannah's Birthday Gathering

So Thursday was our last day in Cebu before flying off early Friday morning. There was no activity planned for the day except to go for a prayer meeting in a university which was somehow cancelled later on.

We had lunch at Max's Restaurant.

After lunch, we had our own free time to walk around. I took the opportunity to explore on my own as hubby stayed back at the hotel to rest.

Look what I saw? A Labrador in the mall with his handler:) I saw the Labrador from a far and decided to "run" so that I could get a pic of them.

I was told that I could view the sea from the top floor, so I made my way there. The weather was gloomy but I managed to get some shots.

While waiting for the rest to arrive......

Got back to the hotel and rush to prepare for dinner. We celebrated Hannah's birthday as well as her engagement to Ps Jon Lee.

By the time we finished our dinner, I was so exhausted. The lack of sleep for the last 6 days has begun to take a toll on me. The team was still super fresh and we still hanging out (saying goodbyes) to our Cebu friends at 10 pm. Adelynn, hubby and I decided to just walk to a nearby cafe to enjoy a cup of coffee (hot chocolate for me).

Got back to the hotel by 11 pm and managed to have a picture with Jackelyn and Kulas.

Our flight back to Cebu was the next day at 7 am. So with all the packing, I slept at 1pm and we woke up at 3 am to arrive at the airport at 4 am. So so tiring!

Was so good to be back home.

So that's all the updates I have for our Cebu mission trip. It was a good experience and I learnt a lot.
For a person who needs 8 hours sleep per night, I prevailed through the entire trip, thank God.
