It's a week since we brought Brownie all the way from Alor Setar to Penang by car. Dan and I had been discussing how to bring him over since we knew he suffers from motion sickness. Initially we wanted to get him some pills to temporary knock him out, but then we thought it's risky (what if he doesn't wake up?)
To cut the story short, we prayed that he could take the journey and praise God he did!
We realized that he gets stressed and agitated in the car when Dan drives around town, but when we are on the highway he seems quite relax and calm.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the pictures below.
Some of these were taken an hour before we left for Penang, while some in the car and the last one when we arrived at our house in Penang.

Caught him running...boy, he's swift!

Brownie loves my dad a lot...like to follow him wherever he goes |

I'm sure Brownie misses this place, spacious garden to run around (and poo), monkeys and monitor lizards that are his constant 'threats'. |

Ready to go..perhaps he thinks this is just another short trip

|
Bye bye everyone...I shall miss you:(

Trying to feel as comfy as possible in the car

New place (must be wondering why there's no green grass, and spacious land to run about) |
Over the week, we managed to bring Brownie for evening and some night walks around the neighbourhood. One thing I noticed is that he seemed to be pretty interested in the auto-gate. We had to tie him (with a long chain) when we go off to work, and release him by evening. He looks forward to his daily walks.
The good thing about this new neighbourhood is that many houses have dogs, so we feel quite comfortable bringing Brownie for walks. Since we have no garden space at all, Brownie had no choice but to poo outside at the grasses along the sidewalk. But twice this week, he poo-ed near the auto-gate and I had to pick them up. Thank God for flexi working hours:)
Gotta hit the sack now. G'nite!
