Celebrated daddy's 61st birthday here last month. As they just had their tea at IKEA, they weren't feeling hungry, so we didn't order that much for dinner.
We came early to avoid the dinner crowd and to have more time to talk without the noise around.
The Christmas decorations were up, but we were so engrossed catching up that I didn't take any pictures of them. Le'ts dig into the food.
I am a fan of duck. So when this pretty assemble came, I couldn't be more delighted.
As pretty as it looks, the duck tasted awesome. The meat was tender and the gravy complimented it.

This may looks like some normal fried rice to you, but it's actually Cheesy Kimchi Rice.
Tasted quite good too with the bacon. Yums! Eve recommended it.

I can't remember how this tasted like. So no comment.

The Scampi White Wine Pasta was just so-so. Nothing to shout about. I would't order it again.
I would suggest adding more white wine and perhaps some chili flakes? Else just turn it into an Aglio Olio.

No matter how full, we managed to squeeze in desserts. These are pancakes topped with ice cream and drizzle of chocolate sauce. Lovely presentation, tasted so-so. The pancakes are too thick, IMO.
