Months ago, I bought 2 RM 60 vouchers from Groupon and Living Social.
Got hubby to come down to Penang last Friday and we had a meaty-feast! It was 7 pm and packed inside the restaurant, so like many others we opted to sit outside.

Hubby ordered this drink called 'Zing', which contains mint, ginger and lime/lemon (something like that).
Not being a fan of ginger, he preferred the mint/lemon drink at Mysore and Chennai Curry House. Wanted to order their hot chocolate but instead got their latte since the former has finished.

We ordered 2 appetizers; the corn chips with salsa dip and the new appetizer, can't exactly remember the name but it's actually bacon wrapped sausage.
Honestly, we prefer the cheese nachos (see previous
post). The cheese nachos are obviously more expensive (RM 17.90) compared to the plain corn chips with salsa dip (RM 9.90). Now you know why the taste also differ to that extend!

The bacon wrapped sausage with bourbon dip. Quite nice but on the salty side.
I think since bacon is rather salty, it should be paired with pineapples or mushrooms, or asparagus to balance the overall taste. Just my opinion!

As usual, hubby ordered the famous original BBQ pork ribs which came with 2 sides, fresh vegetables and coleslaw. The meat was very tender, but the taste was bland. In other words, the marinade didn't get to the meat as much as it should.

I, on the other hand ordered the Grilled Bourbon Chicken.
Look the at cheese, slurp! I'm not a fan of mashed potatoes, but this...was really yummy!

We ate until we nearly burst...too much meat-affair for one night.
